The Etsy shop is open! Right now, I am running a 15% off Happy New Year/After Christmas Sale. The winter bird feeders have been restocked. They were super popular over the holidays. However, they aren’t just for Christmas! You can use them all throughout the winter to brighten up your backyard. We have some heart-themed feeders for Valentine’s Day. I have a large heart feeder that is 8″ in diameter. There are also a bag of 3 smaller hearts with a cute tag and mini individual heart favors for showers, weddings, or other events. Our Etsy shop can be found here or use our website store

Spring Garden Plans

Winter is such a great time to plan a garden. I find winter very peaceful. It’s a lovely time to dream up future design plans. I have my cup of tea in hand and a peaceful music video with winter scenes on the tv. My trusty dog, Daisy, is asleep at my side. What better time to research and look at seed catalogs and gardening books?

When I started my lavender field in 2017 at this property, we were in a different place lifestyle wise and health wise. Ive had to do some tweaking of our original plan. Our lavender farm is now a cottage garden with lavender incorporated. I will be planting more lavender once I get the core part of the cottage garden/raised beds done. Good news is the framework of the garden already exists. I would like to add a few more raised beds and some new fencing. My intention is to use my lavender in garden borders and beds rather than in rows in a field. I still have a colossal size Monarch Waystation in our field and honestly is might even expand over time.

Lavender Growing Blog Series

I am planning a series of blogs on how to start your own lavender field for would-be growers. Winter is a good time to cover this material if you are planning for this spring this year. Look for the series coming this month!

So since the Etsy Shop is open head over and look around!

Happy New Year!
